Whole30 Day 23

Day 23 is a sad day.
My grandpa passed away. I can't put thoughts together. I'll be spending the next couple days making a photo collage for the viewings and funeral.
On top of this, I am coming down with, what seems to be, a nasty cold.
In spite if mourning and illness, I have stuck to my Whole30 guns. Though I really feel like a shot or 12 of Jameson is completely appropriate.

Anyway, lunch was turkey kielbasa withered cabbage sautéed in ghee.

Dinner was chicken salad made with chopped celery, golden raisins, and garlic aioli on a bed of romaine.

All the food I ate tasted great. 

On to tomorrow and one week remaining.
