Er mah gerd!
Here's the food stuff:
Breakfast - plum, cashews
Lunch- Lamb Stew on Sweet Potato
Dinner- Strawberry Chicken Salad from the local Greek place sans cheese
The carpet got installed today, so we went to Ikea to get some more furniture.
Just some paint to touch up and we're ready to get Bryan moved in!!!
Stay tuned for tomorrow's post where I announce how much I have lost in pounds and inches just by cutting out processed foods with more than four ingredients, all grains, sugar, fake sugar, and dairy for 30 days.
I know I'm excited! :)
